NUR 468 The Professional Nurse

This course is a culmination of student learning and professional development as they emerge into the role of novice professional nurse. Emphasis is placed on student development of their identity as a nurse inclusive of leadership potential, professional goals, and professional values. Students will apply knowledge learned in previous courses to develop a holistic view of healthcare systems, evidence-based practice, and the role of the professional nurse.
