BAM 240 Business Etiquette

This course focuses on the basics of business etiquette. You will learn how to prepare, behave within, and conduct various social and professional situations as well as how to handle situations of etiquette and anxiety while understanding proper protocol for practical and responsible purposes. Discussions will be held regarding proper attire, setting up an appropriate venue, and effective follow-through for major events.
