NUR 464 Nursing Practice Synthesis

4 credit hours

This course provides students an opportunity to immerse themselves into the role of the professional nurse in a clinical practice setting. Integration of nursing theory and research guide the student in the analysis, synthesis, and evaluation of therapeutic evidence-based nursing care, clinical decision making, and professional role development. This course requires an off campus clinical learning experience.

Prerequisite: NUR 454 Nursing Care for Adults III
