NUR 236 Pathophysiology for Nurses

3 credit hours

This course focuses on concepts of pathophysiology essential to understanding the diseases and disabling conditions that affect individuals and body systems across the lifespan. Principles of infection and immunity in illness will be examined. Manifestations of disease, risk factors, and the basic underlying pathology of illness and injury are examined.
