HIS 201 Native American History


3 credit hours

A survey of the rich heritage of Native American cultures north of Mexico. Ethnographic, historical, and archeological materials will be used, along with films, to examine regional differences in cultural patterns. The course concludes with a discussion of contemporary problems of the indigenous peoples of North America.
